Pros
As a long time employee I love that I am still challenged every day - my day is never boring! I work with amazing people and wonderful customers and feel I make a positive contribution every day. I have the flexibility in my schedule to balance work and family and feel valued as an employee. I accrue PTO at a good rate and have opportunities to participate in a Bonus program. Non-managment ermployees participate in Profit Sharing. Employees are recognized and rewarded at major milestone tenure time periods.
Cons
Great company but the pay is more mid-range than upper range but my short commute compensates for that. No meaningful recognition programs for the support side of the business - more sales focused. No stock offerings except for upper management - no ESPP.
