      Good Place to Work, but Room for Improvement

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with intelligent people and a wide variety of clients all over the US and Canada. Manager who values people and helps them succeed. Chance to make a difference in services provided and for improving clients' businesses.

      Cons

      Poor coordination and processes from many of the internal support groups. Onboarding is overly hectic and poorly designed. Expect to be completely overwhelmed in your first four months. Internal training is in dire need of improvement. Have encountered too many people who simply do not do their jobs or care about improving processes. For example, just trying to get business cards is a ridiculously convoluted process where the people who manage it don't seem to care that it thoroughly frustrates those trying to use it.

      Pros

      Great Product. Good management team. I have a great Boss!!! The management is listening to the employees, for ex they have started to communicate much more. This was a request from the ground people.

      Cons

      Market is though and slow at moment. Sometimes it feels like we are only an American company, we are actually Global.
