      Focused on the company and team - great culture! Leadership is in charge and knows how to keep the needle moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      There really are no cons currently - I have nothing bad to say about Epicor.

      Work from home. Good sales tools. Peers seemed to be supportive

      Cons

      Required to travel every week. Pressure all the time. Always afraid you were going to do something wrong and get spanked.

      Decent company for starters in B2B sales

      Pros

      - Good staff with clear expectations - Plenty of room for advancement (wtih exceptions, see cons) - Employee recognition and department wide events held regularly to help increase moral - Good job if you're trying to break into B2B sales

      Cons

      - Pay for people starting out with no experience in B2B is lower than industry standard - If you don't hold some kind of degree, its almost impossible to break into the higher sales or management positions. - It's cold-calling for software sales and still unfamiliar to a lot of businesses. (Epicor does not spend as much money on advertising compared to big name competitors like SAP or Oracle and depends mostly on word of mouth and business development department) - No benefits at entry level
