      Pros

      Great company with excellent benefits. Allowed telecommuting and flexible hours. Good location and friendly environment. Our team was very supportive and I learned new technologies working on new projects.

      Cons

      Very little room to grow. Not enough training provided to employees. Mergers and acquisition made the working environment unstable and now offshoring the team made it worse.
