Pros

Management at the C level is fresh and focused on the right things. Building a One Epicor culture seems to be a priority and should be! Offices are getting remodeled so everything is fresh and new. Open plan environment makes for more collaboration. Smart conservative money managers.

Cons

Epicor has grown through acquisition and nothing has been done to marry the companies in to one system and one culture. We are still several companies trying operate together with too many systems to do one task. As a new employee I found it very frustrating. There is no formal onboarding process and you're left to figure out ''which system when''. The hiring manager is responsible for 'training'. Tons of logins and passwords for all the different systems. IT Support is less than stellar. Unresponsive, unavailable behind closed and locked doors & nothing is their responsibility.

It is a great place to work, the people is so friendly. Good communication between teams. Well paid job.

Cons

There are few downsides, the only one I would think is maybe the unpaid overtime and that we don't have savings fund compensation
