      Hard working, intelligent, and dedicated employees. One of our CEO's top goals is customer satisfaction and he is transforming the company to achieve that goal. Good benefits package.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low end of the pay spectrum. PMs are overworked and sometimes not given the training and support required to help them be successful.

      The location of the offices is a good location and the redesign is a nice change. The people that i work with keep me there, but not sure for how much longer.

      Cons

      CEO wants to sell company Jobs being sent to other locations Pay and raises are low compared to the market Talent is leaving so thus the knowledge Management doesn't like or listen to input
