      Pros

      Good people to work alongside, flexibility that allows me to balance work and my family life. Not a whole lot more at this point...

      Cons

      Hard to stand behind the products we're selling as there are continuous issues with quality and function which directly affects my customers' businesses and their feelings about Epicor. Pay is also one of the lowest in the industry, and we continue to lose tenured, valuable resources to competitors who offer a lot more money for the same positions.
