      Pros

      I'm a new, remote consultant and I have been impressed with their new consultant onboarding process. It gives you a chance to shadow other consultants and exposes you to a number of the modules in the Epicor universe without having to meet billing hour requirements.

      Cons

      I prefer the freedom to structure my education/shadowing opportunities and Epicor lets you do this to a large extent in your 3 month onboarding process. However, some folks may have a hard time getting started as there are a lot of systems to learn. My advice is to move forward and reach out to people - I've found everyone willing to help.

      Great company to work!!! Senior management are flexible about the timing so your work-life is completely balanced!!!! Also would like to share that if any work assigned for that we are getting proper time to execute.
