      Leadership is striving to improve the company and customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      Everyone is uneasy with layoffs, hiring freeze, changes in leadership and knowing the goal is to sell us.

      Pros

      A nice place to work, with plenty of opportunities to move around the business. Good atmosphere within the team and lots of interaction with colleagues working around the globe. Work culture is positive, with management open and accessible. A wide and diverse selection of great customers who do some very interesting things and many of them are leaders in their field.

      Cons

      A more rigorous performance culture would be beneficial, as would more effort to break down the silo's between the various departments. A times it seems that there is almost too much going on, so you can get the feeling that you're not making progress.
