      Pros

      Not many. Every US employee is wondering how much longer they have a job after years of continuous layoffs of experienced employees because their cost cut in to Epicor's bottom line. The replacements in Mexico are now fearful of losing their jobs to the new India office. And probably right to worry. Upper level management is lazy and detached. Looking for a way out and hoping a sale happens soon. Beware any recent 5 star reviews - it is most likely recruiting trying to hold on to their jobs too.

      Cons

      This organization does not have an interest in their employees in any region of the world. It's a sinking ship. All the true talent either had the good sense to leave or has been laid off. Silo management won't hire anyone with talent because it would shine a light on their own ineptitude. Cowan and Company have their bags packed waiting for their payout, and hoping to get out of this mess ASAP.

      Large company, large IT staff, competitive salary, friendly people.

      Cons

      Frequent change in management, no management onsite, no room for advancement within the company, no form of training or certification help. strong presence in outsourcing.
