      a lot of work expected of you they pay you less than the work you do only a stepping stone job.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed the culture of our office among coworkers. The dynamic is great and you build great team experience. Epicor does have a good list of successful and well known customers in the marketplace. The investment into the latest technology is evident.

      Cons

      This is really a sink or swim environment. There is not a lot of employee development.
