      Pros

      Epicor have high value products and great people, many benefits and freedoms, reward and recognize achievements

      Cons

      too many liberties, I like to have breaks from time to time but NOT most of time, unfortunately many of my co-workers waste a lot of time fixing her hair (ladies) facebook or youtube.

      OK place to work, but typical in many ways of a mediocre company.

      Pros

      Good people working on the basic development, and a popular set of tools to work with. Several good mid-level managers as well.

      Cons

      The physical environment left a lot to be desired. Developers were literally moved from the top floor to make room for the more important employees. Work was done on single monitor.
