Pros
I work in a very laid-back office where there is a relaxing atmosphere, this helps for days when the workload or tasks get a little challenging, people here are always quick to tell you to relax and do your best and that will be just fine. Another pro is the amount of encouragement, support and praise you receive when you do something good. For me that involves finding leads for the sales team to try and win. My manager even once photoshopped my face on the 'Man on Fire' movie poster when I significantly cleared my quota for the month of April.
Cons
One thing I find quite challenging is completely self-inflicted. I constantly aim to out-do myself and beat my best performance. This is the perfect mind-set for working in the Sales Department but it can often leave me with a feeling of dissatisfaction or frustration. However, it can be euphoric when I do succeed past my personal best.
