      Pros

      Being with Epicor only for a couple of months I’ve discovered how friendly atmosphere in the office is. People seem to know each other for ages although all are young, creative and full of energy. Management cares not only for work related matters but also for employee’s well-being during working hours in the office.

      Cons

      Certain important decisions are delayed due to upper management. Some additional benefits would be in place.

      Pros

      Customer focused and social networking organization that likes to share and recognize people are great reasons to work with Epicor. There is a good sense of trust from management which gives a sense of empowerment to employees and builds confidence. Good work life balance and great benefits.

      Cons

      Communication and decision management. A lack of process managment internally (secondary support services in Epicor's value chain could be improved through better organization and operational procedures. Access to empirical data and information is critical to delivering value for every employee and their role.
