      Pros

      Its a very friendly environment with potential for advancement upstairs if your numbers are good

      Cons

      They give you a broad knowledge of the products but I wish they would give more specific information on the products that pertain to your specific team. It can also get very monotonous, calling numbers day in and day out. Very easy once you get started.

      Pros

      I am really enjoy the working environment in the company. They have all the kind, professional and supportive seniors to prepare you for the working life. You have the freedom of speech whereby you can express your ideas to people around you.

      Cons

      It require you to spend a little bit of time and effort to understand the products and your clients but you will get used to it after all these effort been spent.

      Pros

      I only worked for Epicor proper for a short time. They purchased the company I worked for. In previous acquisitions I've been a part of, changes are sweeping and immediate. But at least from my perspective, they changed very little of what was working in the current company, preferring instead to observe.

      Cons

      What they did change, namely the software that employees used, was dreadful and a huge step backwards. Also it definitely *felt* like a "big company" where one could easily get lost as a cog in the big machine.
