      Epicor is committed to satisfying its customers’ needs. The company is growing, has great benefits, flexible hours, and some very impressive staff, at all levels of the organization. Epicor is a great place to work if you are motivated by challenge / driven, are passionate about your work and are hard-working.

      good benefits, good salary, good referral program, onsite caf,

      Cons

      Unqualified people without integrity or ethics being promoted to management positions. too much restructuring and layoffs. Management tends to play favors with employees. no ethics when recruiting or terminating employees. little respect towards employees. everything is about billable hours, and it's the only way to qualify for a big bonus at the end of the year. every minute needs to be accounted for and so most times your billing clients inaccurately and management encourages this so they can make their target and get their big year end bonuses too. Employees overloaded with work, new employees expected to catch on without proper training. Expected to work more than 40 hours a week (close to 50-60 hours) and not paid for overtime. training on topics set outside of normal work hours so that you're giving more hours to the company, which are not billable.
