      Pros

      I enjoy the flexibility of my work schedule. I am not micro managed and have the ability to make decent money.

      Cons

      There are so many products in our portfolio that not all products have an evenly focused attention across the board. This lack of marketing and not enough awareness in the market of our product needs to get better. Another con is compensation. It is a little lower than the market in this space based on other reps working for competitors.

      Pros

      I've been at Epicor for almost seven years, and it's been a great experience. I love the leadership in my department, and we're always pushing for new ways to grow.

      Cons

      With the exception of certain departments (mostly sales-related) it hasn't always been the easiest to grow internally or across different departments, but there are now new programs in place to put an emphasis on making this easier and much better than before.
