      Pros

      Macro managed.....until review time or budgeting. In my current role you are your own boss, though flexible also doesn't provide visibility and/or recognition when deserved.

      Cons

      VERY political between departments and offices. Often will be blocked from communicating to other areas of the company by fear of retaliation.

      Micromanaging at its best

      Pros

      Great employees became friends with many of them. New office is in a good location with many restaurant choices and shopping near by.

      Cons

      Numbers, numbers, numbers. Management doesn't value the good employees. Management feels the need to micromanage employees. Not much growth opportunity unless someone quits. Don't expect holidays off. There is only 1 day that they close that's Christmas.
