      Most of the people are fun to work with. Forward thinking company

      Cons

      Confusing why some people get promoted. There are definitly some that do great work and deserve promotions, but when you see others, who are clearly a poor choice, it makes you question managements motives. Low pay compared to competitors.

      Great corporate intern experience!

      Pros

      Very clear cut advancement from entry level Business Development position and from there you have many different areas to move towards. I was an intern in the summer of 2009 in Golden Valley, MN. It was a good experience. Fun and young work environment.

      Cons

      Young inexperienced management at entry level. Can't speak for upper level. You need to put your time in before you have a chance to move up. There were a lot of negative people in the office but at the same time there were a lot of positive people who knew what they were working towards.
