      Pros

      Very independent work environment- depending on your manager's style, number of vacation days, 401k match, most employees within sales are young and have fun attitudes

      Cons

      lack of advancement, management lacks true leadership skills and the competancy to handle situations tactfully, lack of training and professional development, good ol' boys club

      Travel opportunities and a wide variety of customer types make for an interesting consulting life. Good product portfolio. Halfway decent implementation methodology.

      Cons

      Untrustworthy management with a complete ignorance of the best way to manage consultants. Bonus schemes slanted towards management. Customer relations tarnished by money-grabbing approach.
