      Lacking of business direction in their core product suite

      Pros

      - Flexible working hours with international exposure. - Opportunity to work with some great people in another part of the world.

      Cons

      - Communication issues between different geographical team members that lead to a lot of bottle neck. - Lack of direction in core product.

      Monotonous position and under paid with false hopes.

      Pros

      Great benefits with 15 days of vacation the first year. The people that work at the company in the Business Development role are talented and fun individuals. The BDR department is compiled of mostly recent college graduates that are motivated to begin their career.

      Cons

      The biggest downside was the monotonous job of cold calling c-level positions and asking about their software needs. Every individual was expected to make 80 calls a day and 3 hrs. on the phone. Management micromanaged and would monitor and get on people if they were off the phone for ten minutes and even sent out e-mails telling people they needed to reduce the amount of time going to the bathroom. However, the BDR managers were all very nice and were pressured from higher management. Most employees reached their position from a placement service, Career Professionals, that told many false promises. Management also strung along employees with the hopes of promotions that never materialized.

      Young culture, fun and fast paced. Employees like to party.

      Cons

      Hiring freezes. Management doesn't respect lower employees. Favorites is a favorite game played.
