Clean workspaces and few good humans.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement and breeding of brainless principal engineers. Those guys act as if they are working 24x7 and cheat the management. There's no productive or innovative work delivered. They literally kill the team morale and productivity with useless talks and destructive feedback. Most of the employees feel insecure because of the environment. Attrition is at all time high. Location - Ecoworld is a messy congested place and getting out of it is an ordeal many a times.

Office facilities and infrastructure . Can’t think of anything else

Cons

1. Unethical practice of poaching from competitors to weaken them and not able to put you in a suitable team that match your skill set once you join epicor 2. Office politics of the lowest level. Can make you suffer, feel humiliated and break your confidence 3. Undertaking cost cutting initiative by putting a junior developer in position of senior software engineer and then say not fit for job 4. Mudslinging and making you feel as an alien and unwanted in the company 5. Unfortunately, HR is of no help at all. Won’t give fair chance if you ask for it
