      Pros

      Always have right tools for development (widescreen monitors, Microsoft licenses, etc) For interns, is a good place to start a career. For full-time employees, is a good place to keep growing.

      Cons

      They have several teams depending on the product being developed, so not all teams are a good place to work. Typically, interns only do QA. If you are looking to become a Full Stack developer, working on Epicor 10 team is not the place, up to now, they only do traditional Client/Server ERP (SOA).

      Good balance of work and life, excellent conditions to work, amazing work philosophy, you can always expose your concerns, and every person in your team is always available to help you to grow in your professional career. Working for a Company related to Software Industry with an existing long life in the market is your chance to make innovations and take by yourself the challenge to contribute new things even when it's not required you, if you want to grow then you must help the company grow alongside with you, success is shared to both at the same time.

      if I'd live to look downsides in the companies then I'd be working at nowhere, I always look at advantages and challenges.
