Team leaders, very comprehensive guys. Attention to the employee, they really take care of your needs. Competitive salary. Chances to grow. Insurance for your family. Very relaxed workplace. Flexibility. You can put your ideas to flow and improve new technologies as a developer, at least on my team. They give a you a great coupon to improve your knowledge with courses and studies.

Cons

Sometimes communication. Sometimes at the beginning you fell a bit lost of what Epicor does exactly. Team integration, we can work on that too.

Lovely offices and working conditions. Great people. Try very hard to keep staff happy with social events, free breakfasts and such like.

Cons

Epicor has a global policy of moving all development resource to Bangalore. New managers are always being announced. It's owned by an Equity company.
