Ergeon's culture is more focused on engaging and developing staff while being open, friendly and kind. I started as a sales expert and was promoted within a year based on merit and my leader's focus on my goals quarterly to ensure it was achieved. Being apart of the company is like being apart of a family as everyone supports each other no matter the department they are in. The diversity in cultures from all staff, as the nature of the job is remote, may take some adjusting and respecting differences however the ambience set at Ergeon aids to make this easier through HR encouraging everyone getting know each other in social one on one's.
