      good position/company for a beginner

      Pros

      - flexible working schedule; - good position for starting an IT carrer; - good salary as a first job.

      Cons

      - limited access to configuration code/ knowledges; - responsabilities distributed between teams( sometimes even if you have technical knowlegde you don't have access to do changes).

      Pros

      Atmosphere is very good. Plenty of opportunities for an individual to grow. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      The culture is sometimes a bit too soft, not ambitious enough. Unfortunately many poor decisions were made as a team or group which is not based on reasonable analysis. The industry overall is also not growing fast which gives very flat top line. Compensation is not competitive enough

      work environment colleagues a lot of training's intern/external great place to start your carrier

      Cons

      the increase of the salary when you advance is very low and from this issue the big difference between the colleagues, the colleagues that are coming from other company in the same team on same position with same years of experience.
