      Pros

      Great benefits package. Outstanding colleagues. There is a lot of opportunities to growth within the company. Managed services have a lot of work.

      Cons

      The salary could be better. The IPM is no followed as should be, at least for undergradute jobs. There is no retirement benefit for undergraduate jobs.
