Pros
Very well structured and organized. Ericsson is very professional when it comes to delivering fast track projects They can simply do what others cannot Very huge number of employees(almost 120,000), which gives you a great chance to meet and get introduced to different people from different cultures/countries.
Cons
Many employees/managers are giving a bad image about it with their bad behavior. Some nationalities make lobbies in some country offices, which makes it very hard for you to work with them as they prefer to get their own people. Ericsson does layoffs every now and then, and that's a very serious issue when it comes to career stability. Ericsson changes its organizational structure very frequently, and that's really bad as every year you end up with a new manager who knows nothing about you, and hence you have to start to prove yourself again and again.
