      Pros

      Technology Always something new to learn and apply. Felt rewarded when customers were explained the way our equipment worked. Outside the box approach to troubleshooting.

      Cons

      New Company was not prepared to absorb and keep new employees. Bosses did not understand differences between office and field workers. Too much outsourcing, not good for morale.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Plenty of training opportunities, excellent benefits. Ericsson also has a very good employee recognition program. Good severance package for employees that includes health and dental for up to year.

      Cons

      It's such a large company, that sometimes employees are shuffled around to different managers at the convenience of the company and there is little time to make a positive impression on new superiors.
