      I received some version of a pay check.

      Cons

      Paid me no bonuses for my recruiters. Paid me $11 per hour. Wouldn't allow me to work overtime. Owner of the company had no clue what he was doing. Simply purchased the franchise and waiting for someone to figure out how to run it. couldnt hold an employee for longer than 1 year.

      The best part of Express is finding good companies that are looking for hard working, honest team players. Express does a great job with Associates and placing them with clients.

      Cons

      At this time, there are no real down sides associated with Express. They have been good and are expanding into our area.
