Pros
They are very good at tending to their flock - employee and employer alike. Express reaches out on an unobtrusive (yet when necessary) basis to make sure that they everyone's needs are fulfilled; personally requesting time cards be in before payroll and making sure that the client company's staff needs are taken care of.
Cons
They are not available after business hours or on weekends for paycheck pick-up, but the are really good about mailing things in a timely manner.
