      Pros

      They offer you access to work for the best of the best companies in a variety of industries; I am currently placed at one of the top ranked Investment Companies that I never would've been able to get access to without the help of FDM. They provide you with training and interview tips to help bridge the gap between finishing uni and starting on your career path. When on-site FDM continue to provide you with support and advice.

      Cons

      You are tied into a 2 year contract that is not flexible and the pay is not great but with their client list after the 2 years you are well sorted in terms of getting a top job. You may have to relocate but FDM will help you with some of the expenses.

      -placement in industry leading companies and potential full time employment there after two years as a consultant

      Cons

      Everything else. -Sluggish administration -Constantly "loosing" emails -Terrible pay -Useless account managers -$30,000 training fee if your contract terminates early (if you resign or get fired)
