Pros

excellent well maintaned office, nice class rooms, some nice staff and nice training mates.

Cons

I've been only 2 weeks and considering leaving. Took this offer because I was desperate for a job and now I totally regret it. Please, people reading this, consider well if this is worth, before you decide to join. Be ready to realize how all or most of the negative stuff here in glassdoor is actually true. People wouldn't post all these negative reviews without a reason. Although there are some nice people working and being trained there, I've been badly dissappointed with some members of staff, with their procedures and in general with their business model, really. I think I'm worth much more than this. This is it for now, I will probably write a more specific review at a later time.

Pros

They will put you in touch with companies that are very difficult to break into (Investment Banks). They prepare you for the interviews and provide you with an accurate depiction of what life is like at IB.

Cons

They do not pay you during training. There are long hours during training.
