Pros

great challenges to tackle, you can make a great impact to operations if you have the intelligence, focus, and determination to do so. Managers have been decent, some issues with empathy, but that is more from HR blanket rules on treatment, rather than manager not wanting to help. Be warned:, it may seem casual as heck, It is a politically correct world, watch yourself. The SR managers were always very intelligent and willing to hear what you had to say. Stay away from the MD.

Cons

Shifts will strongly impact job/life balance, unless you are single without kids. if you are, you are golden. If you aren't, consider very carefully the impact that if will have on your significant other, and yourself. Job opportunities are scarce, even internally, as valued positions are given to proven-valuable employees, and kept for the long term. There are a lot of Grey areas, expect to make your own decisions, and if asked about why you did so (a week or more later) be prepared to give a good reason why. Must be able to remember complex policy, think on your feet, have complex and efficient multitasking skills, and work fast. In summary: remember everything, work as fast as possible, and make zero mistakes. no problem, right?
