Growth potential - but only if you're willing to move around. Higher ups have moved 7+ times to get where they are. Decent pay Full benefits, 401k match

Cons

Less promotion opportunity at a local level, just waiting for someone to move on to jump up. Work life balance is rough, no good hours. 10+ hours a day, rarely any exceptions. 2 years vacation until 7 years, then it jumps to 3.

fast pace, great employees, good communication, weekly meetings, always improving quality for a better work environment, management wants you to stay with the company and see you grow your career to becoming a driver/hostler that pays much more than a dockworker.

Cons
