Fedex Freight can be a good place to work at the right service center. The pay seems to be on the top of the scale for entry level logistics. The core group of guys at the PHX hub have gelled well together and we can move the freight.

Cons

Management, Management, Management !!!! The Issues at the Phoenix Hub is Management. The unrealistic expectations most of the time can wear a person out. Supervisors don't communicate with each other. It seems that they want the animosity they create to validate their position.

Good starting pay rate with minimal experience required. Good company to work for with attractive incentive package. Over all a good company that has a team atmosphere.

Cons

Long work hours, week ends are a must rotating shift also work holidays. Working conditions is very sometimes being hazardous and working in extreme weather conditions.
