Ability to transfer to other FedEx operating companies. Benefits are good!

Cons

1. Sr. Managment aren't engaging with their Staff 2. Salary is below average 3. Other jobs in National LTL besides operations are few 4. Lack Communication 5. Don't see or feel like I move upwards here at National LTL

Pros

Great place to work, team atmosphere. Management worked right along side with office staff. Open door policy. Great training and ongoing training for updates.

Cons

Hard to get fulltime employment if office staff - few positions available. May have to work more hours depending on location of service center due to weather conditions, ex: snow and ice.
