      Pros

      I started part time in October 2014. I pushed to know all I could. Got promoted Full time February 2015 and THEN Promoted to a Lead Consultant that May. If you push to know all you can and excel, you will go far. I am already applying to be an Assistant Manager this week and think I'll get it and I've been with the company just over 2 years.

      Cons

      Training is very much on your own. Use your resources and seek out those who have been with the company a long time.

      Pros

      They give equal opportunity to people that are inside their company already as well as people hiring in with experience. That was my story I came on with experience of the industry but brand new to their business and was promoted Within a year.

      Cons

      Certain roles only have one set schedule. So if you are unable to work nights for example you could not be the assistant manager because of that is the shift for that role.

      Excellent work environment, You are really being treated with respect at all level. People are very professional and respectful. Great benefit if you sign up on time. Pay above average, managers are really understanding and set you up for success. Work environment lay back not so much pressure but result expected.

      Cons

      Mention some carrier opportunities that pop up, and encourage talent to seek other opportunities within company.
