      Pros

      Most of the people I work with are awesome. Have made some great friends and mentors over the years. Constant training Product is excellent

      Cons

      Poor communication from corporate Lack trust in Center Managers Benefits package is lacking Long, LONG work hours with no relief Completely over tasked

      Pros

      They will allow you to negotiate your hourly rate when interviewing. It may take some doing but I was able to back up my qualifications and start well above my co-workers.

      Cons

      Its hard to separate the stresses of the work, location, and clients from the actual problems with the company. Most locations do seem to have weak and uninspired management and major staffing/recruiting problems. "That's the way we have always done it" is a common phrase. The programs that work get "updated" so they dont work and the problem areas never get addressed. Its busy and stressful but if you put your head down and just work you can make enough to last until you get a real job.
