Crappy hours, low pay, a lot of work, no holidays off, unless you work the grave yard shift.

Pros

I've been in and out of the company twice over the last decade. The promotion potential is there and they do favor hiring from within. Dependent on your type of location the hours are greatly improved from when I originally started. Great Benefits.

Cons

Pay is low to mid range (after seniority.) If you know where to look you can find a range of salaries based on your location. My pay has always been between the low and mid ranges.

Pros

Supportive coworkers were the key pro. There are lots of people who have great skills and are eager to help other employees out.

Cons

We were always understaffed. This kind of job requires time to consult with customers and frequently there were 10 customers in the lobby and one employee scheduled. It was hard getting time off unless someone was willing to sacrifice their own days off to cover.
