      pay sucks. Staffing sucks. bonus were changed in order to make it more difficult to achieve

      A great place to work while earning my degree, hours were flexible and gained a lot of knowledge and experience.

      Pros

      -can be fun working with clients -always opportunity to learn something new -no prior experience needed -learn a lot about shipping and technology -flexible hours -lots of potential for growth -great benefits

      Cons

      -training takes about 6 months -will promote you before your ready and not give you the proper training but still hold you accountable -never left work on time -lots of call ins and high turnover -working many late nights and weekends -working along for hours -management too focused on meeting numbers -high/unrealistic expectations to meet company goals -so many technology issues that take forever to get fixed

      A Job- Not a Career

      Pros

      Made great friends, we were truly a team; seeing people satisfied with their products was very heartwarming; the job itself was easy; at my store we could learn any aspect of the job from customer service to design; it's very easy to move up as long as you have the passion to do so.

      Cons

      Management does not care about the employees, would throw you under the bus in a heart beat. If not for the support of the coworkers I don't think I would have made it 3.5 years with the company; raises are cents a year- I went from $10/hr to $10.30 in two years and on my 3rd year review I was given $12/hr because I was told they didn't accurately assess my skills in my previous PA's.
