Pros

Benefits are good if they are used *401K *Medical, eye, and dental *Tuition reimbursement Gain experience with sales goals and adobe suite Strong employee bond with store

Cons

Everything is political in order to gain career opportunities Expect to give up your life to prove you deserve to be an assistant manager and receive little compensation Many customers are heavily technology illiterate and expect you to be responsible for their own accessories Working alone with a packed store of people Constant system updates that fail and make assisting customers difficult New scheduling update that schedules staff on "customer traffic" *staff now work 2 hour shifts 4 days a wk

Pros

- Great experience working with adobe programs - Awesome District Manager and Team members to work with - Many locations to work from in the Seattle area. - Lots of overtime is available if you want it

Cons

- The pay can seem really for the quality of work that you are doing - The sales goals have been very unreasonable for FY17 and FY 18 - Too many gimmicky changes that often disrupt the flow of business. (I'm looking at you Ebay Valet) - Updates to the retail and shipping software do more initial damage than good. - Printing customers can be very demanding with short turn around times - Shipping customers often get frustrated over pickup times and price for shipping - You might find yourself working alone or with few employees - The Holiday Season (Peak) can be rough on new and veteran employees

Pros

The entry pay is better than most low skilled jobs in the market. There is also some stability for full time workers.

Cons

They simply do not want to staff the stores properly. The company constantly keeps cutting the payroll budget, but expects sales to grow. They do not really care what customers think, they just blame the stores for not doing their jobs. They also want the managers to work when there are the fewest amount of customers in the center, simply so they can spend their time doing paperwork, and audits. And if you even attempt to ask questions to any of the upper management that they themselves are too afraid to ask you will instantly derail your entire career.
