      Pros

      Helping most customers with jobs. Packing and printing can be fun. Every day is a different day with different customers.

      Cons

      We have become very corporate and lots of old customers are not ready for that. I liked the old Kinkos better. It was better for customers and employees.

      Getting a paycheck Meet some very nice co-workers Figure out what you don't want

      Very high turnover Very unhappy employees Little to no training for high skill jobs Expectations are impossible with given time Staffing hours cut back by 1/3 and expectations increase Printing industry is a dying industry "Full-Time" here is not 40 hours. Average 30 hours a quarter and you're full-time. They can schedule you any amount. Long and crazy hours

      great business for growth, you also learn a lot in the print field, also they have a lot of benefits there to enroll in.

      terrible manager and bosses, A typical Day at FedEx Office is very hectic and demanding. You are expected to meet the EXACT needs of every customer by doing what ever it takes even if that means bending the rules ...But that doesn't mean you wont get in trouble for it they expect you to go above and beyond but when you do they ask you why you did
