Pros

Brand awareness is all I can say, however the reputation is changing as this company continues to prove that they made a mistake by buying Kinko's

Cons

Too many to list, but know that the people that run this company are self serving and do not support affirmative action. Their idea of promoting is to promote white females and that's it. We all know that's a loophole in the system when affirmative action was intended to also help minority groups get treated fairly. If you are of any minority ethnicity, you have no chance of getting ahead. I worked there for 6 years - I'm a minority female - and during that time there were never any minorities in Executive leadership roles. NEVER in the history of the company. That says a lot about the culture, that no diversity in thought, experiences or interpretation of how the company should be run exists. Take note and take your talents elsewhere of you are a minority. Also, this company has not been profitable since bought by FedEx. The leaders are fickle and change processes and bonus structures for sales too much. Most Commercial Sales professionals are underpaid and overworked with tedious reporting and tactical activities that do not result in making money for the employee, but only for the company!

Pros

-Good foot in the door for print work -Employees were great -Lots of opportunity to learn the ins and outs of production/design/retail

Cons

-Management will look for any excuse to write you up -Management more obsessed with selling pens/flashdrives/candy than selling print/design -Constant threat of being fired/written up/harassed by management -Truly the dumbest customer base in the history of retail (clueless about technology, enraged at the slightest problem, think print jobs are instantly created) -I was promoted (7 months after being told I would be promoted) only to discover that you cannot be promoted again until 6 months have passed (If I had been promoted when promised, it would not have been a problem) -Paid chump change, when one considers it is 8+ hours of nonstop work, work, work. -Constantly shifting hours -As a night shift employee, expected to clean the entire store, help every customer that walks through the door, AND do the giant pile of jobs left by the day shift to be ready in the morning. -Called constantly by the day shift during my time off about jobs (waking me up, my sleep schedule was non existent those 2 years) -Management limits the number of hirings a district can have, to the point that it does not keep up with (abnormally high) turnover
