Great name and brand. FedEx Office is by far the leading expert in the print industry, with unlatch technology. Great benefits.

Cons

Leadership is old school. Management and corporate executives stuck in the 90's. Leadership makes extreme demands and has an unrealistic vision of the future. The print industry will always be around, however leadership refuses to adjust their business and marketing strategies.

If you wanted to work the overnight you'd get an extra dollar an hour.

Cons

Completely disorganized. I worked there for many years as Kinkos, then fedex came in and bought them. RUINED the company. I shopped there the other day, which I haven't done in years. The person opening the store was late. I was in a huge hurry. Looks like nothing has changed. I would seek employment somewhere else.

good for young or single people. insures domestic partners, a lot of things to learn to actually gain the experience and go elsewhere so you can get paid

Cons

they sell you a dream and keep you so busy that you don't realize that you can't pay your bills, too much politics
