Overworked (work-life balance is godawful), and underpaid for the amount of work that goes into this job, especially as a flagship store. Constant customer foot traffic means constant interruptions from getting print orders done on time. Hiring externally (for leadership positions) from backgrounds unrelated to this field is never a good idea. Raises are at most 18 ~ 22 cents a year. Middle management can be frustrating and useless from time to time. Apart from the drivers, we are the face of FedEx as a whole, and aren't compensated nearly enough for what we have to put up with.

Poor work life balance as FedEx is being gutted, ever increasing costs for benefits for employees+family, chronic short staffing, unrealistic targets, upper leadership is very much a (good ole) boys club
