Pros

Benefits, learning different jobs, can travel to different stations and cites for better jobs and lifestyles and overall it's a great company and I love being apart of the growth of FedEx

Cons

There a lot of cons hat FedEx need to improve and it starts with management, most of the manager here have there favorites and not and I believe that you should treat every employee the same and not unequal
