Pros

This is a stable company by virtue of services offered to its customers. Good benefits. If you want to advance, read job descriptions and work on qualifications.

Cons

Stacked sideways with burned out employees who are difficult to work with and unpredictable with customers. Management is focused on operational and legal issues, not employee performance or customer service.

Pros

Great pay and Benefits after completed time with company. In the beginning the hours worked were not favorable but eventually (after 2 years) had a pretty decent schedule.

Cons

Always on feet. Some managers not supportive in needing time off for personal appointments Dr. etc.
