Pros

The manager I worked directly under was nice and supportive. Team in the office was good to work with

Cons

I was verbally assaulted by another employee and little was done to address this. I was not informed of any action taken and had to remove myself from the shifts I was covering. I resigned because of lack of management support and overall lack of pay and good working conditions. I picked up shifts, covered for other workers when they called in sick and went above and beyond my job description but was rewarded with a disheartening experience.

Pros

Very little interaction from management as they sit in the office all day/ show up late after their morning gym session/ leave early to play golf

Cons

Like little America in the UK. Over the top fakery at its finest. Promised the world and given none of it. Expected to put plans and contracted hours aside to suit the needs of the business every week.
