      Pros

      Definitely the benefits. The benefits are probably the number one thing management and the employees talk about when you first arrive there. If you're part time, you basically have the option of how many hours you want to work daily which is a good thing if you have a second job or you're attending school.

      Cons

      If you ever go full time or become a Swing driver you basically don't get any say in your hours. As a swing driver it wasn't uncommon for me to be working from sun up till sun down.

      The job has a pretty decent pay rate and the other employees on your level were very friendly towards each other.

      Cons

      Horrible working conditions Nothing to really protect workers from injury Less than satisfactory equipment Management complaints about unnecessary problems in the warehouse

      Pros

      reputable company, service sells itself. very open communication from superiors to employees. really put "people first". excellent opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      make sure you have a good manager, makes all the difference... they expect us to be "consultants" and they provide us with the tools and support to do so for our customers which is what makes us stand out from our competitors... all that's missing is the pay.
